We invite you to consult this information before your visit. Only their strict application allows access to the exhibition.
Buying a ticket online is mandatory for visiting the La Rochelle Aquarium.
Due to the current circumstances, our reception capacity is very limited. Only the purchase of time-stamped tickets on our website allows visitors to visit the Aquarium La Rochelle.

What are the advantages of this ticket?
This ticket allows you to choose a time slot. The number of places being limited, your access to the exhibition is granted by opting for the online purchase.
Better respect for barrier gestures:
You are in possession of your tickets; these must be presented printed or on a smartphone at the entrance to the exhibition. No additional manipulation is necessary, the number of contacts is therefore limited.
Your arrival at the Aquarium
You just need to show up with your printed ticket or on your smartphone 5 minutes before the start of your visit by using access A!
Regardless of the place of purchase or the type of ticket in your possession, its validity is automatically extended until August 31, 2021 included (all tickets sold from March 19th 2019).
Plan your visit
The visit lasts 1 hour 30 minutes on average and the last admissions are made 1 hour 30 minutes before closing.
Please note: Immediate access to the visit cannot be guaranteed.
Choose the least busy times and plan your visit:
In the morning from the opening at 9am
During the lunch break, between 12:30 and 13:30
At the end of the day, after 5.30pm
The last admissions are at 6.30pm.
Your arrival at the Aquarium
You just need to show up with your printed ticket or on your smartphone 15 minutes before the start of your visit by using access A! Valid for the following tickets: purchase at the cashier or on the Aquarium website sur le site, from a CE/COS (CGOS, Apas BTP, CCAS, Meyclub…), from a reseller (digitick, ticketnet… campsite, hotel, tourist information point, invitations…
All subscribers will have the validity of their pass extended by the same amount of time as the Aquarium La Rochelle closes. There is no need to take any particular steps, the process is automatic.
Your arrival at the Aquarium
You just need to show up with your printed ticket or on your smartphone 15 minutes before the start of your visit by using access B!
You will be systematically asked for your Grand Ami card before entering the exhibition.
Student, person with a disability, large family: to benefit from the reimbursement of 2 € per ticket: buy your full price ticket online and present yourself at the cash desk 15 minutes before the start of your visit.
You will be asked for your ticket and proof of receipt in order to receive your contactless reimbursement on your payment card.
The supporting documents enabling you to benefit from the reimbursement of € 2 per person are as follows:
- Person with a disability: the PSH card.
- Large family: the large family card or, failing that, the family book, the valid mutual insurance card.
- Student: the valid student card.
- Cezam: the valid Cezam card.
The Aquarium accepts ANCV holiday vouchers and culture vouchers from the Chèque Lire group.
The Aquarium La Rochelle is a very popular site during the school holidays.
As the capacity has been reduced by more than 75%, many slots can quickly become full.
